I will be uploading our next video in a few minutes, but wanted to give you an update. Kate is hitting well and leading the team in batting. We are playing at the highest level and seeing very good pitching for 12u girls softball. That said, there are still lots of improvements needed and it continues to amaze me the repetitions required to make a difference in a game. We have made slight improvement but still battle with keeping back elbow up longer (creating torque). I can honestly say your online hitting academy is the perfect tool for our situation. Kate has the app on her phone and does the drills religiously without prompting from me. We both look forward to your bi-monthly analysis and drills.
