I just wanted to let you know that we have been on vacation for the past week and will not be back until this weekend.

The good news is that we took our balls and paddle bat with us so we are still working on some drills. I will get you a video ASAP.

Also, we are noticing some serious improvement! Anders is hitting A LOT of live drives back up the middle – when before I would typically get those lazy fly balls! We are both SOOOO excited to see this improvement! Thanks to your analysis and drills we are starting to turn a corner – and we REALLY like what we are seeing.

I found Jake after becoming disenchanted with the standard instruction my boys were receiving for hitting down on the ball and becoming too hyper-mechanical. After working with Jake, both my boy’s natural swings were rejuvenated. He taught both how to use their legs more efficiently to increase torque, and add power. Perhaps his best attribute is his ability to weave video technology into his own coaching style and personality, which is technical and motivational at the same time. Jake is a natural teacher and I enthusiastically recommend him to any player looking to become a better hitter.
